6th Annual Nature & Wildlife Exhibit
The 6th Annual Nature & Wildlife Exhibition is showing from July 25 through August 31.
This acclaimed exhibit features a gallery-wide installation of original 2D & 3D artwork inspired by the beauty of the natural world and the diversity of wildlife that inhabits the great outdoors. Artists from across the country and a handful from Europe submitted nearly 500 entries to the juried contest, which awards $5,000 in prizes, including a $2,000 Best in Show award.
A panel of art experts selected the works to be included in the show that will be judged for awards by North Florida nature artist, Jim Draper.
The exhibit opens with an indoor/outdoor "Picnic in the Great Outdoors" party on Saturday, July 25, from 5 to 8 p.m. The reception includes live music, BBQ, summer cocktails and awards ceremony. Tickets are $50 and are available by calling (904) 824-2310. Proceeds from the reception and art sales benefit the Association's TOUCH St. Augustine Sculpture Garden and exhibit partner, Audubon Florida.
