Exhibit Entry Form Exhibit Guidlines
Every month new exhibits are installed, consisting of works by student, emerging and professional artists. Through an independent jurying process, artists are recognized for their achievements with monetary prize awards, including the Jean Wagner Troemel Best of Show. Other awards include the Ted Karam Memorial for Best Sculpture; the Carl Steinsieck Memorial for Best Figure Drawing; the Emmett Fritz Memorial for Best Landscape Oil Painting and the Ann James Memorial for Best Pastel Portrait. Winners are announced at the Opening Receptions.
JULY 25-AUG 31 6th ANNUAL NATURE & WILDLIFE EXHIBITION
The beauty and wonder of the natural world are celebrated in this stunning gallery-wide exhibition. A large prize purse attracts top artists from near and far whose one-of-a-kind pieces are sold for the benefit of conservation efforts and art education. Juried for awards. A special exhibition of works in varied styles and media created by members of the St. Augustine Art Association. Artists may interpret the theme in any way.
SPECIAL AWARD: $450 for the Best Tribute to St. Augustine's 450th Celebration. All entries accepted.

The entry fee is $15. STAAA members may enter one piece; all entries will be accepted.

OCT 2 - NOV 1 / 2015 14TH ANNUAL TACTILE ART SHOW Sponsored by: Community First Credit Union
Juried. An exhibit of touchable art that's visually appealing and engaging for the blind. Includes sculptures, assemblages, pottery, fiber art, reliefs, kinetic art and more, along with Braille signage and selected audio guides. A TOUCH St. Augustine and Art Beyond Sight initative produced in partnership with Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind.
SPECIAL AWARD: Textile Art Guild Nancy Garrard Memorial for Best Fiber Art.

Juried. This vivid exhibit highlights the flora and fauna, history and happenings, people and places that are unique to Florida, both past and present. The gallery will be closed intermittently during the holidays.

Juried. Midwinter is far from bleak with this sophisticated and surprising exhibition of works in black, white and shades of gray. 2D & 3D of any subject are eligible.

Juried. Interpretations of the human form rendered in any style or media lend personality to this expressive exhibit. Artworks may include formal portraits, anatomy studies, gesture drawings, busts, statues, figures in the landscape, etc.
Special Awards: Carl Steinsieck Award for Best Figure Drawing; Ann James Award for Best Pastel Portrait.

To enter your artwork into an exhibit, download the Show Entry Form and submit it along with your artwork on the designated Receiving Dates. All artwork must be delivered in person.
Two days of receiving: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Artists may enter artwork for most monthly exhibits on Tuesday from noon to 6 PM and Wednesdays from noon to 4 PM - however, there are some exceptions; see above show calendar for details on individual shows. Openings will be held during the First Friday Art Walk.
