Exhibit Entry Form Exhibit Guidlines
Every month new exhibits are installed, consisting of works by student, emerging and professional artists. Through an independent jurying process, artists are recognized for their achievements with monetary prize awards, including the Jean Wagner Troemel Best of Show. Other awards include the Ted Karam Memorial for Best Sculpture; the Carl Steinsieck Memorial for Best Figure Drawing; the Emmett Fritz Memorial for Best Landscape Oil Painting and the Ann James Memorial for Best Pastel Portrait. Winners are announced at the Opening Receptions.
FEB 6 - MAR 1 FIGURES AND FACES
Juried. Expressions of the human face and form in a variety of styles and media lend personality to this popular juried exhibition. Special Awards include the prestigious Carl Steinsieck Award for Best Figure Drawing and the Ann James Award for Best Pastel Portrait. Limit three entries per artist.

FEB 6 - MAR 1 JULIAN COURTENAY HUNT BENEFIT SALE
Special Benefit Exhibition. Back by popular demand, this reprise exhibition features selected paintings by the late Julian Courtenay Hunt offered for sale to benefit the TOUCH St. Augustine Art Garden.
MAR 6-29 CUTTING EDGE
Juried. This edgy installation explores and pushes the boundaries of ideas and materials. Always stunning and surprising, the works include collage, ceramics and canvas. Limit three entries per artist.

Juried. An bi-annual exhibition of works in varied styles and materials created by members of the St. Augustine Art Association. One entry per member will be accepted. Juried for awards only.

APRIL 3 -26 5th ANNUAL ALL-COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOL ART SHOW
A bold display of student art from the St. Johns County Middle Schools. A community outreach partnership with St. Johns County Schools.
MAY 1 -JUNE 1 ICONIC ST. AUGUSTINE
St. Augustine's most revered artists spanning decades are honored in this historic gallery-wide exhibition that underscores the artistic tradition of America's oldest city. Includes selected pieces from the St. Augustine Art Association Permanent Collection and noted area collectors.

EVENT: Gala in the Garden - Ribbon Cutting for the TOUCH St. Augustine Art Garden. By invitation.
JUNE 5-JULY 5 HONORS SHOW
Award-winning artists from the past three years present new works in this season finale. Special Awards: Ted Karam Award for Best Sculpture; Emmett Fritz Award for Best Oil Painting; Jean Wagner Troemel $500 Best in Show Award. Limit two entries.

JULY 25-AUG 31 6th ANNUAL NATURE & WILDLIFE EXHIBITION
The beauty and wonder of the natural world are celebrated in this stunning gallery-wide exhibition. A large prize purse attracts top artists from near and far whose one-of-a-kind pieces are sold for the benefit of conservation efforts and art education. Prospectus and online appplication at www.staaa.org. Pre-juried for acceptance.

To enter your artwork into an exhibit, download the Show Entry Form and submit it along with your artwork on the designated Receiving Dates. All artwork must be delivered in person.
Two days of receiving: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Artists may enter artwork for most monthly exhibits on Tuesday from noon to 6 PM and Wednesdays from noon to 4 PM - however, there are some exceptions; see above show calendar for details on individual shows. Openings will be held during the First Friday Art Walk.
