52nd ANNUAL FALL ART & CRAFT FESTIVAL WINNERS ANNOUNCED
The Spring Art & Craft Festival is scheduled for the weekend of April 18 & 19, 2009. Artists interested in participating in the juried show must submit applications to the Art Association by Jan. 1, 2009.

Other Awards were presented to John & Kathleen Peil from Carlton, Georgia for Best Wood Creations; Paula Marksbury from Athens, Tennessee for Best Glass Works; Frank Di Gangi from Hawthorne, Florida for Best Pottery; Deborah Barnes from Mount Dora, Florida for Best Jewelry; Laurie Coppage from Jacksonville Beach for Best Photography; Bonnie Eastwood from Hudson, Florida for Best 3-D; David Hunter from Winter Park, Florida for Best 2-D; Jim Wilshire from Roswell, Georgia for Best Painting; and Steve and Beth Radke from Monroe, Georgia for Most Attractive Booth.
The Festival exhibits were judged by Joel Bagnal, a prominent local goldsmith who holds a master's degree in education and fine arts. Over 160 artists from across the region exhibited in the show, which attracts thousands of visitors and local residents.
