What We See in the Shadows is a new exhibit that is entirely in the dark, with the exception of flashlights and wayfinders. We’re used to seeing artwork well-lit and beautifully displayed on the wall. However, what happens when you’re forced to look at it bit by bit? The overall image and perspective changes, or maybe you see something you wouldn’t have noticed with full lighting. For the artists, it’s a challenge to create a cohesive image that will be viewed in fragments.
What We See in the Shadows is on display both in-gallery (Tuesdays through Sundays, 12:00 – 4:00pm) and online at any time: July 17 – August 31, 2025.
