Held at The Venue by Great Expectations at the Historic Stanton Ford Building – 301 N. Main St., Hastings, FL
Review the following volunteer opportunities and sign up today. It’s a great way to pitch in for a good cause, and a perfect time to start your holiday shopping!
Morning and Afternoon shifts are available. Hastings Main Street Inc. will also offer a volunteer training session beforehand!
Set-Up & Artist Check In
Assist with the set-up of the Festival and Artist Check-In by handing out packets, name tags, etc.

Entry Greeter
Welcome visitors and collect $1 entry donation at the entrance.
**Only on Saturday, November 25
Membership Booth
Provide information about the St. Augustine Art Association to passing visitors — to include handing out STAAA calendars and helping new members sign up.
**Only on Saturday, November 25
Clean-Up Crew
Help keep an eye on the building by monitoring the trash receptacles and restroom(s) — tidying up, picking up litter, and making sure things stay clean!
