The St. Augustine Art Association with Hastings Main Street Inc. present the inaugural Hastings Main Street Fall Festival of Art. This juried event takes place the Saturday after Thanksgiving on November 25, 2023.
The Fall Festival will feature a diversity of fine artists in mediums ranging from painting, glass and pottery to fiber, photography, jewelry and more.
Taking place at The Venue by Great Expectations at the Historic Stanton Ford Building (circa 1920s) in downtown Hastings, FL, the Festival will bring artists together with collectors, art enthusiasts, musical performers, food vendors, volunteers and business sponsors to support the arts and celebrate the start of the holiday season.
Step into the heart of artistic innovation with the Festival of Art — as the downtown area comes alive with Hastings Main Street’s annual Fall Festival! Revel in the sounds of live music, a Local Cottage Artisans Market, food trucks, a Kids Zone, and more!
The Fall Festival will feature the following special guests:
Dr. Seth H. Branson
“Distinguished guest speaker Dr. Seth H. Bramson, a notable railroad historian and prolific author, boasts the title of America’s most-published author on Florida history. With a collection spanning 63 years, he is the foremost collector of Florida East Coast Railway and Florida transportation memorabilia, as well as Miami memorabilia and Floridiana. Dr. Bramson will grace us with his presence for the first time in Hastings, discussing ‘The Florida East Coast Railway: America’s Speedway to Sunshine for Over 125 Years.’ This renowned historian and author will delve into the profound impact and legacy of Henry Flagler and the Florida East Coast Railway on the foundation and growth of Hasting.”

Original Highwaymen Artists
“Adding historical depth and authenticity, two of the original Highwaymen artists, R. L. Lewis and Curtis Arnett will take center stage, enchanting attendees with live art demonstrations and guest appearances from 10 AM to 3 PM.
This infusion of heritage and artistry adds a unique dimension to an already remarkable event.”
