Glass Plate Orotone by Byron Capo
(12 in. x 12 in.)
"An Orotone (late 1800s process) is a glass plate positive image printed from a negative and gilded with gold paint or leaf. This color photograph, taken at night, had golden clouds lit by halogen street lights. The black and white negative, coupled with the orotone style was used to emulate the same effect, but in an analog process, made by hand."
