    "According to the web, Everglades Digtal Library, Minnie Moore-Willson, 1859 - 1947, Author of The Birds of the Everglades and Their Neighbors and The Seminoles Indians' of Floridathe, The Willsons proved instrumental in the passage of an act by the Florida Legislature in 1913, setting apart 100,000 acres in the extreme southern portion of the state for use by the Seminole Indians. The Willsons worked closely with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the resident Indian Agent, and the National Indian Association, and their efforts culminated with passage of the bill." Artwork purchased online may be picked up at the St. Augustine Art Association (22 Marine Street) on or after January 27 during regular gallery hours (Tuesday through Sunday, 12:00 - 4:00pm) or shipped to the buyer (ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER).
