  "This piece is worked in a traditional rug hooking method using new and recycled materials. The composition is an original design and much like a painting can experience many variations on its way to completion. The Art process requires hours of collecting colored yarns and materials. In traditional hooking it takes approximately an hour of work to complete a palm size area on the canvas. It is a labor of love."
