Obadiah started plein air painting over 30 years ago on the streets of New Orleans while attending Tulane University.
“I quickly fell in love with doing street scenes and meeting folks from all over the world.” One of his customers invited Obadiah to visit them in Europe, and he stayed for about six years to travel and teach.
Obadiah can be seen painting around St. Augustine, capturing the light and inspiring architecture.
Obadiah received the Third Place award for this piece, Aviles Street with Treasury.
