Built in late 1880s, this 2-story wood clapboard house is oriented to the river where people arrived by ship on the St. Johns and stopped to site see the magnificent gardens; and its Moreman family owned vast groves for generations in St. Johns County. The property now welcomes guests as event venue “La Venture Grove” with restored gardens. Plein air piece painted on site.
