“What is it that teases the eye? For me it is the flash of sunlight through a window, or incandescent light shining on a table or wall. Shadows and “light play” captivated me as I walked through this bistro in my hometown of Doylestown, Pennsylvania last year. Although the town is filled with lovely old buildings worthy of observation – it was the color, light and sense of solitary that I loved about this “Hometown Bistro.”
