Papua New Guinea Boy with Pet Green Tree Python

Mixed Media by Darline Braz
⏤ 24 in x 24 in, Framed

“I took a photo in Alotau, Papua New Guinea, of a teenage boy dressed in native costume with his pet Green Tree Python draped around his neck. I asked him where he got it & he said, “I caught it.” “How did you catch it?”, I asked. I was astonished when he replied, “I caught it with my hands.” He didn’t look happy dressed as he was with his pet as the main attraction.”
