The Caged Bird Does Not Sing

$200.00

Mixed Media by A Telise Rodelv
(11in. x 9in.)

Maya Angelou’s poem “Caged Bird” for me simply means this, not being able to speak your mind in fear of so many things to day. The metal band over the woman’s mouth tells it all, but look behind the back of her mind and there is a Key to unlock this fear, if you dare.
